Yes, all vehicles in our fleet are fully insured and licensed with the city of Nashville. We adhere to the highest safety standards and ensure that every ride is safe and secure.
All vehicles are stocked with premium charging cables, iPads, a fridge with premium beverages, mints, toothpicks, hand sanitizer, tissues, stain remover pens, and common medicines.

Booking and Payment

We require a 50% deposit and a valid credit card to hold all bookings.

Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced. They undergo rigorous background checks and are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services. We do not hire anybody with criminal backgrounds in any capacity.

We monitor flight statuses in real-time, and our chauffeurs adjust their schedules accordingly. If your flight is delayed, we will be there to pick you up when you arrive. There are no additional charges for flight delays.
The privacy of our clients is of the utmost importance to us. All of our chauffeurs and employees are required to sign NDAs upon hiring to protect any and all of our clients information.

Of course! After all, this is Music City! There is an iPad located in each vehicle with a QR code that will give you access to DJ throughout your entire trip! All music is accepted.
Small, non-shedding dogs that are in a handheld carrier are permitted in the vehicle. We love all pets, but this helps us keep our vehicle clean and smelling new!

Additional FAQs
We can ship your belongings to you or you can pick them up at our facility. Clients will be responsible for all shipping costs. Should you want us to deliver the items to your local residence or hotel, we can do that once we have a vehicle heading your way at no charge. We will have to bill you the full fare if you need the items immediately and cannot wait.
We have a minimum of $500.00 fee for any vomit inside of our vehicles. We have to remove the vehicle from service and get it professionally cleaned to ensure safety for our clients. We stock plastic throw-up bags in the seat pocket of every seat just in case.

Yes, Elevated Arrival operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you need an early morning airport transfer or late-night pickup, we are available to meet your transportation needs.
Elevated Arrival carries the Nuna Rava for children weighing S-65 pounds. Prior to your child riding in the car seat, we remove all fabric inserts, launder them using Tide Free & Clear, and then re-install the fabric inserts. This ensures that the car seat is properly cleaned and sanitized. Because we take the time to do this after each use, we charge a flat fee of $75.00. All child seats MUST be requested at the time of booking. You may bring your own child seats if you wish. Elevated Arrival will not install any child seats in the vehicles due to our insurance requirements. Clients must install the child seats.
Cancellation Policy
Customers who cancel their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit or pre-payment made.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with reserving the vehicle and the chauffeur.
If a customer does not show up for the scheduled service and has not cancelled in advance, the full booking amount will be charged.
Changes to the booking details (e.g., pickup time, destination, etc.) must be communicated to our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate your request without additional charges, but changes made within 24 hours of the
scheduled service may incur additional fees.
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will accommodate your new date and time based on availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original booking may incur additional charges.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
